My Story
I was raised in New York the son of German emigrant and doctor. I grew up trained to think rationally and scientifically and by the time I was a teenager I was a skeptic and an atheist. I study art, literature, and philosophy and then went on to get a PhD in philosophy and became a philosophy professor. I was an atheist until the age of 30, when after reading C. S. Lewis for a time, I began to doubt some of my doubts, and slowly, like Lewis, became a reluctant convert first to theism, then later to Christianity.
